• Twice a month for six months, you’ll get one-on-one, 50-minute virtual coaching sessions with me.
• Together, we’ll create one, three, and six-month goals based on your individual needs.
• After each session, I’ll share custom recommendations, tools and resources, as well as session notes.
• To enhance your health choices and get on the right track, choose either a one-hour home pantry make-over or a supermarket shopping tour with me.

Overwhelmed by nutrition labels and the latest diet advice? Want to improve the quality of food you’re eating? If you’re ready to create and maintain a house full of truly healthy food options, I can help! How it works:
• During this one-hour visit to your home, we will review the items in your pantry and fridge, without judgement.
• We’ll look at specific items and analyze the ingredients in a simple, manageable way.
• We will read labels and seek out hidden sugars, sodium, fat, and chemicals.
• Then, we’ll talk about easy swaps for healthier choices and ideas for building a healthier kitchen.
• At the end of our session, I’ll share a full Healthy Pantry Makeover list for reference.
Jump start your journey to better nutrition with a personalized grocery shopping experience. How it works:
• Visit a local market with me and create a personalized, simplified shopping list for healthier home cooking.
• We’ll talk about how to shop the perimeter of the store, identify healthier options, and plan healthier meals.
• By the end of the shopping experience, you’ll have a shopping cart full of great substitutions and new foods to try.
• After our trip, I’ll also share written tips for healthy ways to cook vegetables, and my special [what kind?] soup recipe.
Are you ready for better health? Removing sugar for 21 days can lead to new habits, less inflammation, and greater overall wellness. Five sessions will support 'clean eating' and enhance your experience. Discussions include, reducing inflammation, increasing whole foods, and balanced lifestyle options. This sugar detox is not to eliminate sugar forever, but to decrease cravings, increase awareness, and improve your health. Enoy delicious whole foods and 'not' sweet desserts.
